There are so many diets and nutritional strategies out there that it is easy to become overwhelmed. To create the health you want is actually amazingly simple! You will focus on making fundamental and sustainable changes to the way you eat, and change your relationship with the food in the process. Nutrition is the foundation of our health and by taking control of your diet, you become the person you’ve always dreamed of.

PART FOUR – HYDRATION

By far the most straightforward habit, you simply need to drink enough water to stay hydrated. However, most people are shocked and surprised by the improvements they realize by committing to this simple, daily task! Keeping a water bottle with you throughout the day will ensure that you are able to consistently hydrate and track the amount of water that you consume every day.
