Why should you believe me? What have I done that should inspire your confidence? Good question! As an athlete, I haven’t accomplished anything spectacular. I’m not a celebrity or an Olympic athlete. What I have accomplished, however, are things that many would find wildly out of reach: triathlons, endurance cycling and racing, and strength and fitness competitions. Most of all, I’ve been able to consistently maintain excellent health through my pursuit of fitness. I’ve capitalized on my average abilities and as a result of expanding my potential, I am able to enjoy what my body is capable of doing.

My fitness hasn’t always been easy. The results I’ve created have come from hard work, a lifelong commitment to health, and solid persistence.</pull quote> Fitness is the conduit through which I’ve learned these important lessons: You get out what you put in, and everything worth having is earned through hard work. It took me a long time to learn how to apply these rules to my life, but once I did, the success I found through my pursuit of fitness has transformed my life.
